Allow up to 5 BUSINESS days to process your order (our HD Lace Wigs need about 7 business days to process before you receive a tracking confirmation/number). Our processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays. Please allow the FULL processing time to receive a tracking confirmation email.
Once your order is processed & your credit information is verified, your order is shipped within 7 business days ( Not including Weekends & Holidays) unless you pay separately for expedited overnight services. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide, when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information.
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Ry Royale Extensions.
Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
DISCLAIMER: Ry Royale Extensions is not responsible for late shipments due to delays once the shipping carrier (FEDEX or USPS) has your order. If you have missed your package or your shipment has been delayed, simply call your shipping carrier's customer service line for more details and have your tracking or door tag number ready so they can assist you. Please be advised that all Ry Royale Extensions orders require a signature at the time of delivery.
All packages are insured during the time of transit. We require a signature for any goods delivered to surrender responsibility to you for your order.
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. If a customs charge is refused by the customer and Ry Royale Extensions is responsible for the shipping of the product back, the charge will come out of the customers' refund.
Ry Royale Extensions stands behind our products' quality 100% and we assure you that all products are evaluated before being packaged and shipped out. Due to sanitary regulations and the nature of the product, Ry Royale Extensions does NOT allow returns, refunds, or exchanges.
In the event that you receive the incorrect order, you are allowed an exchange within 72 hours after receiving your order. PROMPTLY, after 72 hours a exchange will NOT be honored. The product MUST be in the same state that it was sent (no exceptions). We ask the product or packaging (bundle tags & wraps also) not be tampered with, used, or damaged of any sort. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: PO Box 133052 Atlanta, GA 30333 United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We ask that all card information be PRESENT & ACCURATE at the time of checkout. We also ask that billing & shipping addresses are VALID and match at the time of checkout to avoid your order from being flagged/delayed. In the event that your billing & shipping address doesn't match, we will NOT fulfill your orders (funds may still show as pending on your bank statement), we will try to immediately reach out to you for additional information. This is just to protect our company from any possible fraud or scams. If you are unable to provide us with the proper information within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. Again, funds will be refunded. Funds can take up to 7 business days to appear back to your card.
